I founded Dreamworth & Co. in 2017 to make that belief real, without small businesses having to piece it together themselves, hire it out in fragments, or settle for a website that looks the part but doesn't perform. Based in Philadelphia, I work exclusively on the Wix platform, using it to its full potential — from custom-coded design elements to advanced SEO and marketing integrations. I don't build cookie-cutter sites. Every project is a full custom build, designed to convert visitors into clients and give your business room to grow.

Hi, I'm Karima Williams

I'm the owner and lead designer behind Dreamworth & Co., Philadelphia's go-to website design and digital marketing agency for established, growing businesses.

I started Dreamworth because I saw too many small and mid-sized businesses being priced out of, or talked down to by, professional web design and marketing. I wanted to build an agency that gave growing businesses real access to high-level strategy and design, delivered with the kind of attention and communication they actually deserve.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working across a wide range of industries; photographers, coaches, accountants, lawyers, wellness practitioners, and more, which has given me a strong sense of what it takes to build a website and marketing strategy that actually fits how a business operates, not just how it looks.

My background is rooted in both marketing and strategy. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications from East Stroudsburg University, and I spent several years at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies, starting as Marketing Coordinator and growing into Marketing Manager, where I sharpened my skills in website design, strategic planning, project management, social media marketing, and nonprofit marketing.

In 2019, I became a Certified Wix Legend Partner, and in July 2024, I earned a SEMrush certification in Crafting a Winning SEO Strategy: A Guide for In-House Marketers. I've since gone on to partner directly with platforms like Wix and HoneyBook to bring my clients tools, systems, and strategies that most agencies simply don't offer.
